Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:

Delayed Delivery:

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We suggest filing a claim with the courier company to track the package. We'll collaborate with the courier on your behalf and provide updates. However, RigTrix™ isn't liable for lost or stolen packages and doesn't offer refunds for them.
